Jab Drill W Lunge Same Side

Choose a light weight and perform a forward lunge while doing a jab. The palm should rotate down as you lunge forward. Take care to not let the knee of the lunge leg come past the front of the foot. As you push off to come back in the lunge, make sure to drive through the front leg heel. Breathe out as you come up out of the lunge. Keep a tall spine and a tight core.

You can alternate sides so you don't have to count reps or watch time.
