With 2 matching dumbbells step forward and rotate the same arm dumbbell palm facing down with a breathe out. Make sure your knee is behind the plane of your foot and your elbow of the reaching arm is lined up over your outer thigh.

Keep the weights light and do a lot of reps as this is a boxing conditioning drill.
