Directions
Start in a crescent lunge, roll the shoulders down and back, squeeze the shoulder blades together and pull the elbows back as far as you can. Keeping the spine in line with the back leg come into Warrior 3 position. Hinging only at the elbow (don't move the shoulder) extend the forearm and squeeze the triceps at the top of the move.
