Incline Hammer Dumbell Curl

1. Incline bench to 30 degrees. 2. Start at the bottom position seated with palms facing each other. 3. Lift or curl the dumbbells toward your shoulders stopping when your forearm comes in contact with your bicep. (no wrist rotation) 4. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Focus on the contraction of the muscle rather than simply moving the weight from point A to point B.
