Incline Dumbell Press

1. Set bench incline to 45° 2. Start with dumbells at the bottom position with your hands slightly wider than your shoulder width. 3. Press dumbells straight up keeping them slightly wider than your shoulders at all times 4. Return to starting position *Keep back in full contact with the bench at all times. No arching!
Why it works
Note: Keeping your hands outside your shoulders at all times ensures that tension stays on the chest at all times.
