Incline Dumbell Front Raise

1. Set bench incline to roughly 30 degrees. 2. Sit back on the bench and hold dumbbells at starting position palms facing the floor. 3. Lock elbows and initiate the motion with your shoulders (no momentum) lifitng the dumbbells until arms are parallel to the floor. 4. Return to the starting position in a controlled manner
