From a push up position with your shins on the ball, rotate the ball one way while lifting a leg to catch your weight as that leg comes over the other leg. Keep a tight core and quiet upper body. Breathe out as the leg cover over the other leg to catch the swiss ball.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start slow on a softer surface (like a rug) so if you come off it does not hurt you.
