Hip Twist

Directions
With your feet slightly behind the ball in a push up plank position, twist your hips to one side as you catch your balance on the ball with the other leg. Alternate to the other leg taking care to keep your upper body quiet, with your shoulders back and down on the body.

Keep your core tight and breathe out as the foot crosses over.
