Stand feet Shoulder width apart. Activate core muscles. Grip band palms facing down. Squeeze shoulders blades together as you pull back. Hold pull 3 seconds on the extension.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Make sure you are not shrugging your shoulders as you pull back. Relax shoulders during this move. Make sure you are looking forward and not down.
