High Knee Squat Tuck

1. Start in a deep squat position with your hands on either side of your legs. 2. Jump upward and get as high as you can, tucking your knees into your chest in mid-air. 3. Land on your toes and return to starting position.

Try to make your landing as quiet as possible. Always land on your toes, never your heels.
