Directions
With your toes lightly touching the floor in a bent knee position, lean your torso back, using your abs to hold your chest up. Twisting the abdomen, simultaneously extend your right leg from the knee (keep your knees in the same spot), and reach your left arm towards the right foot, and reach your right hand back behind you. Try not to lean back onto the hand, but lightly touch the fingertips behind you. Come back and repeat on the other side.
