Hack Squats: Wide Stance

Place rear torso against back pad of the machine and hook your shoulders under the shoulder pads if provided. Place legs in wide stance and hand on handle bars. Push your legs back to unlock safety bars. Inhale as you lower the unit by bending your knees with good posture to just below 90 degrees. Exhale as you raise the unit pushing through heels, do not lock your knees. Repeat this movement for all reps. Re-lock safety bars and dismount.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Hack Squat Machine may have shoulder pads; use as directed. Keep your head up and your back on the pad at at all times. Keep knees behind toes.
