Gunslingers (Box Arm Raise)

Directions
You can use dumbbells with this move, but I also demonstrate using small 5lb plates. Bring your arms in front at 90 degrees, and, keeping the 90 deg. angle, lift your elbows to shoulder level. Then rotate your shoulders by bringing your hands up, maintaining the 90 deg. angle. Complete the move by reversing the process.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Think of a gunfight in the Old West. You bring your guns out, lift your elbows to drop the guns, and then your hands up in surrender!
Why it works
This is a great shoulder cuff mobility strength exercise!
