Full Boat Scissors

Lying on the floor with either your hands behind your head or under your hips, keep your back flat on the ground throughout the move. Lift your legs off the ground and make a scissor motion, opening and closing. If it gets too difficult, and you feel your back straining, raise your legs higher off the ground. Lifting your head off of the ground can help with keeping your back flat.
