Frog Tuck Burpees

1. Jump down to plank position, do a full pushup (if you can). 2. Tuck your knees up to your stomach, jump as high as you can. 3. In mid air, tuck your knees up to your stomach. Return to starting position and repeat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Try to land as quiet as possible. Always land on your toes, never land on your heels.
