Frog Hops

From a standing position in a very-wide stance, squat down and place your hands close together on the floor between your legs. Begin by shifting your weight to jump forward exploding into the air with arms and legs fully outstretched. Land on the balls of your feet and crouch back into starting position. Try to cover as much ground as possible each time. Repeat this movement for all reps, then stand up and recover.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your back, hips & chest in proper alignment. As you jump forward aim to land on the balls of your feet.
