Foam Roller Angels

Directions
Lying face up on a foam roller, start with your hands (palms facing down) by your butt. Then with your hands by the floor, raise your arms up over your head (hands end up in back of you), while flipping your palms up at shoulder level. Try to keep your hands on the floor (or right off) the whole time. Then return to starting position.
