Fly On Swiss Ball

Lying face up on a swiss ball, grab 2 moderate weight dummbells and lock them out over your shoulders. With a slight bend in your arms, motion both dumbbells out to your range and ability. Lift both dumbbells up while breathing out. Maintain a stable core on the swissball through the lift. This can be done super slow, but maintain steady breathing with this option.
