Flat Bench Press: Barbell

Lay back on the bench underneath the bar. Place your hands at a shoulder-width on the bar. Push the bar of the rack and bring the bar to sternum. Lower the bar until you touch your sternum, keeping your elbows tight and close to the body. Push the bar back up and repeat range of motion until all reps are completed. Re-rack the bar.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Breathe in on the way down. Breath out on the way up. Keep your head back and chin up.
