Flat Bench Press: Barbell, Close Grip

Lay back on the bench underneath the bar. Place your hands at a close-grip width on the bar. Push the bar of the rack and bring the bar to sternum. Lower the bar until you touch your sternum, keeping your elbows tight and close to the body. Push the bar back up and repeat range of motion until all reps are completed. Re-Rack the bar.
