Directions
This is a 4 part exercise. Start on your hands and knees.1) Lift one leg straight back and lift up and down (without arching your back) Do the required reps or time. 2)Then, bend your knee and lift your knee out to the side to at least hip height and bring it back down. 3)Lift you knee up, holding it at hip height, extend your foot out into a kick and return the foot back. 4) Circle your bent knee in a forward motion. Do recommended reps/time
