Directions
Standing on the elliptical trainer, keep a tall spine, tight core, and drive from the legs and arms evenly. This can be a warm up, cool down, interval, or stand alone workout. You level of intensity is dictated by your effort level.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Try not to let you spine come out of neutral (especially head is common) as this will down regulate your nervous system and overall power/breathing.
Why it works
Using an elliptical is 30 times less stress on the joints than a treadmill, which can be a good thing in certain situations.
