Elliptical No Hands

Keeping a tall spine and light resistance, balance on the elliptical with no hands, then start a fast paced sprint. This is best done with a light to moderate resistance to get the sprint effect, or moderate to high resistance to really go for a huge leg burn.

Why it works
30 times less impact than a treadmill sprint on the joints, this can be a valuable tool in your cardio program. Use this when joints are beat up!
