Dumbbell Step Ups: All On One Leg, Then All On The Other

Place step-up box in front of you. Holding dumbbells in each hand, step up with one leg and bring opposite leg forward and above the box until your quad is parallel to the ceiling. Return opposite leg to the floor and step down from the box. Repeat this movement on the same leg until the specified amount of reps are completed, then switch legs. Return dumbbells and box to their original locations.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Make eye contact with box as you step up. Be sure to drive weight through your heel. Keep you chest up and your back straight.
