Dumbbell Curls: Hammer Grip, Two Arm

Remove dumbbells from the weight rack using both hands. Stand up straight with dumbbells by your side. Position hands with a supinated grip. Curl the dumbbell in an upward motion finishing with your palms facing your shoulders. Slowly lower the dumbbells to their starting position. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Return dumbbells to the weight rack.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your back & chest in proper alignment. Breathe in on the way down. Breathe out on the way up.
