Sit on a bench with back support and hold two dumbbells in front of you at your shoulders with your palms facing inward toward your face. Exhale and press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are straight, making a "V" with your upper body. Inhale as you begin to lower the dumbbells to the original position. Repeat for all reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head, back, & chest in proper alignment. Your arms should begin next to your torso. The starting position look like the top of a curl.
