Drag Curls: Barbell, Wide Grip

From a standing position, holding loaded barbell with a very wide-grip begin to drag the barbell upward to your chest. Pause at the top, then slowly lower the weight until hands return to your sides. Repeat this movement for all reps then re-rack weight.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your back & chest in proper alignment. Breathe in on the way down. Breathe out on the way up. Pull your elbows back and up.
