Double Leg Drop

Directions
Using a kettlebell as a counter weight directly over your shoulders, flatten your back to the mat and drop both legs down as afr as possible while keeping a flat back to the mat. Keep your shoulders back and down on the body. Breathe out as legs near the bottom of the movement.
Helpful tips and Tricks
A heavier weight will make this exercise slightly easier.
