Double Leg Drop W Pullover

Similar to the double leg drop this harder variation also has the kelltebell droping back to the floor overhead with straight arms. Keep a flat back, drop the legs down and the kettlebell back, as far as possible while maintaining a flat back. Keep your shoulders back and down on the body. Breathe out as everything drops down. Going super slow will make this exercise extremely difficult.
Helpful tips and Tricks
A heavier kettlebell will make this exercise harder, as more stabilization will take place.
