Diy Trapezius Massage (Self Myofascial Release)

Position a barbell over one of your upper trapezius muscles with one of the barbell behind you and the other end of the barbell in front of you. Rock the barbell back and forth, searching for any tight problem areas. When you find a tight area, let the barbell rest there while you relax all of your muscles until the tension dissipates. Repeat until no more tension is found.
