Dip Rack Knee Raises

Directions
Stabilize your body on a dip rack, trying to keep your shoulders back and down on the body. Tighten your core, and lift your knees to your natural range. Breathe out towards the top of the rep. You can do this hanging from a pull up bar as well.
Helpful tips and Tricks
To increase intensity. go super slow, or add a weight, or lift both leg keeping them straight.
