Diamond Pushup

1. Assume a push up position and bring your hands together to make a diamond shape. 2. As you move towards the floor, your sternum should touch your hands. 3. Push back up to neutral position.

Breathe in as you go down, exhale as you come up. Be sure to keep your core tight.
