Depth Box Jumps

Put 2 boxes of equal height 2-3 feet apart from one another, then place smaller box to side of the 2nd box. Stand with feet shoulder-width, a small distance from the 1st box. When ready to jump, drop into a quarter squat, then extend hips, swing arms, and push feet through the floor to propel yourself onto the 1st box. Immediately drop to ground with 2 feet & repeat movement to jump to 2nd box. Step down to small box and walk back to repeat.
