Deep Push Up W Scapula Set

Directions
From the start of the top of a push up (using bars) keep your arms straight and retract your shoulder blades (setting the scapula) and then drop into a full depth push up keeping your shoulders back and down on the body. Breathe out when coming up and stretch your upper back out before re setting your shoulder blades at the top. Keep a tight core and a neutral spine.

Doing this super slow will increase intensity.
