This version adds a weight (medicine ball, plate, or dumbbell) to increase intensity. Keeping the added weight closer to your chest will keep this intensity high. Doing this super slow with a weight is super intense.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can ditch the weight when fatigued, then continue, or even add some twists or slow reps until fatigued.
