Decline Crunch W/ Weight And Twist

This version has an added weight and a twist to each side on every rep. You can alternate the starting side (left to right and right to left) and ditch the added weight when fatigued. Sometimes I will add in super slow reps at the end to really increase intensity.

Breathe out at the top of the rep.
