Decline Crunch W/ Twist

Directions
On this version of the decline crunch twist your opposite elbow to knee, then alternate to the other elbow (so right to left first, then left to right first). After you fatigue you can throw in some crunches straight up the middle. Doing this slow is super tough.

Try to relax your neck, keeping your chin from tucking towards your chest.
