Dead Lift, Hammer Curl, Double Squat

Directions
Starting with feet hip width apart, hinge at the hip and only come down as far as you can with a flat back. Keep the legs relatively straight but the knees soft. Keep the abs engaged and use hamstrings and glutes to come back up. Make sure the back stays FLAT. Hammer curl at the top and hold it during the double squat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your back flat (so don't be afraid to stick out your butt on the dead lift) Don't lock your knees!
