Db Rows On Bench

Kneeling on a bench with one knee, keep a neutral spine with a dumbbell in the non kneeling hand. Start by pulling the shoulder blade back and down on the body with a straight arm. Then breathe out while pulling the dumbbell up to your ribcage. Keep a tight core and a neutral spine.
