Directions
With 2 matching weights, bend your knees slightly and tighten your glutes and core. Curl the weight up, then rotate your palms forward pressing the weights straight overhead. Keep your body movement to a minimum and breathe out while pressing overhead. Keep a neutral spine and a forward or slightly up gaze.
