Crunch

Directions
Lay on your back. Knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place fingers behind your ears. Keeping your elbows wide and away from your head. Crunch straight up lifting your head and shoulders off the floor. Make sure to keep eyes on the ceiling and chin away from the chest.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Pretend that your holding a ball between your chin and chest to keep your chin up.
