Crunch On Swiss Ball

While lying face up on a swiss ball, drop your head into your interlocked hands with a neutral spine. Focusing your eyes straight up, lift your upper torso up and then slightly forward, keeping the ball still and your core contracted. Do not release your core at all during the exercise, while breathing out at the top.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Make sure your head and shoulders are slightly behind the swiss ball.
