Crossover Step Up W/ Lateral Rebound Land

PLYOS While holding a medicine ball or grab bag, start in an athletic stance and crossover your foot onto a plyo box using a step-up motion. Make sure to get both feet on the plyo box. After the step up motion onto the plyo box, jump laterally into a rebound position and land in an athletic stance.
