Cross Under To Spiderman Climbs

Directions
We are combining the Cross-Under Mountain Climbers with the Spiderman Climbs. From a push up position, cross one knee under the body to reach for the opposite elbow, and with the same leg, reach the knee towards the outer same-side elbow. For example, with the right knee, cross under the body toward the left elbow, and then bring the right knee up outwardly to reach for the right elbow.
