Cross Under Mountain Climbers

Directions
As with the regular Mountain Climbers, start in a push up or plank position. And, as the name suggests, bring your knee underneath your chest, crossing under to try to touch the knee to the opposite elbow. Your right knee will try to touch the left elbow, and vice versa. You can go fast or slow with this.
