Cross Knee Crunch

Lay on your back with bent knees. Cross the left ankle over the right knee. Left arm is straight out on the floor, palm down. Lift the shoulders off the floor (ab crunch) and the right hand comes down in a chopping motion over the left knee. Make sure the back of both hips stay on the floor the entire time. No rocking back and forth.
