Crab Walk Push Up

Directions
Start at the top of a push up. Do a standard push up keeping a tight core and neutral spine. Then walk your body sideways bringing the arms and legs together the brining them apart. Walk a few steps to one side then the other. Breathe out upon pushing your body up. This variation of a push up is great for involving the core more than a standard push up.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Doing this exercise super slow will make it more intense.
