Core Crusher Push Ups

Place hands on floor shoulder width apart and mount both feet in the center of Smith Shaper. Keeping a straight back assume “push-up” position and begin to pull your legs toward your chest. Once your knees have reached your chest push them back into original position. Perform a push-up and then repeat this entire movement for the desired number of reps. Dismount SmithShaper one foot at a time.
