Directions
This variation is the same as the clocks with mini band, but without the band. Keep your core tight, straight wrists, and a neutral spine as you walk your body one direction then the other. Breathe out as you step with each hand. If it hurts you hands, skip the dumbbells and try it on the softest surface you can find (like a rug).

Doing this exercise super slow will increase intensity.
