Directions
Start by putting a mini band around your ankles. Then grab a matching pair of hex dumbbells (not super heavy). Engage your glutes by pushing out on the mini band. Then tighten your core and keep a neutral spine. Keeping all of this organized walk your hands around in a circle one direction then the other. Keep a push out on the band and you shoulders back and down on the body. Keep straight wrists and if tis hurts your wrist skip it or use hands.
